4. Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials and data
4. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property
1. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client.
2. Techify Core retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
3. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Techify Core.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may integrate third-party platforms (CRMs, APIs, hosting providers).
We are not responsible for:
1. Downtime caused by third-party services
2. Changes in external platform policies
3. API limitations or pricing updates

8. Limitation of Liability
Techify Core shall not be liable for:
1. Indirect or consequential damages
2. Business interruption or lost profits
3. Data loss caused by third-party platforms
4. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
1. Outstanding payments must be settled
2. Work completed up to that stage will be delivered

10. Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially when dependent on third-party platforms.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law
